Biography

Peter holds a MEng (Hons) in Chemical Engineering with Chemistry from the University of Manchester, his Masters dissertation focused on the molecular simulation of colloids. Before joining the Sustainable Industrial Systems group, Peter worked for two years as a Process Engineer for an international engineering contractor in London. He is undertaking his PhD within CSEF; the research will be looking at the management and reduction of waste in the UK food supply chain.
