Project Overview

The aim of this project is to assess the sustainability of baby food production and consumption. Both ready- and home-made baby food will be considered. Taking a life cycle approach, the project will evaluate environmental, economic and social impacts in the sector, making recommendations for improvements to producers and consumers.

The project is carried out within the Centre for Sustainable Energy Use in Food Chains (CSEF).
